Titanium material has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic permeability, non-toxic and other advantages, long service life of equipment, no pollution to the reactants, reduce maintenance and shutdown of economic losses and environmental damage.

(1) Before using the titanium reactor, it is necessary to close the refrigerant inlet pipe valve in the empty pot and the remaining refrigerant in the jacket, and then input the material, start the agitator, and then open the steam valve and electric power supply. After reaching the required temperature, the steam valve and electric power supply should be closed first, after 2~3 minutes, then close the agitator.


(2) After the processing, exhaust the residual condensate water in the titanium reactor pot and jacket, should be washed with warm water as soon as possible, and then use 40℃~50℃ alkali water in the container wall comprehensive cleaning, in order to achieve durable purpose, special pot without materials empty pot, shall not open the steam valve and electric power supply, should pay attention to the use of steam pressure, shall not exceed the quota working pressure.


The following problems may occur in the reaction kettle:


① Leakage: In the process of feeding, for atmospheric pressure reaction, if the discharge pipe is not opened, at this moment, when the pump is used to transport liquid materials to the kettle, the positive pressure is easy to form in the kettle, which is easy to cause the cracking at the connection of the material pipe, and the material leakage causes the burn incident of personal injury. During discharge, if the materials in the kettle are discharged before cooling to the regular temperature, High temperature material is simple deterioration and easy to cause material sputtering and scald operators.


(2) Improper feeding, improper feeding in the operation process will also cause damage to the equipment, such as too fast feeding speed, feed ratio is out of control or feed sequence error will affect the local heat differentiation of the material, constitute a rapid response of the material and a lot of damage gas, resulting in blasting.


(3) Too fast temperature rise, in the operation process of titanium reactor, if the temperature rises faster, the cooling rate is low, there will be a burst of condensation, so we should pay attention to the change of temperature when running, to avoid accidents.


Effect of corrosion on titanium equipment


① Acid: The reaction kettle has corrosion resistance to acids, including organic acids, inorganic acids and acid materials recovered by oxidation. In the process of practical consumption, the reaction speed and chemical grade will also be affected. However, it is reminded that hydrofluoric acid has a strong corrosive effect on the titanium reactor, and phosphoric acid with a strong concentration also has a strong corrosive effect on the reactor. The operating temperature can reach 95℃.


② Alkali: alkaline materials on titanium reactor corrosion is greater than acid materials, when the concentration increases, corrosion will be strengthened, temperature also has an impact on corrosion, temperature into 10℃, corrosion rate will double, so in the use of hot alkali, must be careful operation!
