MMO tubular anode

Mmo tubular anode is also called titanium tube anode.  Mmo anode titanium tube, or noble metal oxide (mmo) titanium anode tube, is a metal oxide with electrocatalytic activity formed by coating and sintering on the substrate of titanium tube. Suitable for many environments, such as soil, fresh water, saline water and seawater, and its light weight, long service life, cost-effective In the application of impressed current cathodic protection, as the mmo auxiliary anode of the cathodic protection system, a set of cathodic protection system is formed together with the potentiostat, test pile, reference electrode, etc In the process of using the auxiliary anode as deep well anode or bridge cathode protection,  the connection cable is welded and formed into 2 /3 anode strings, which is simple to install and convenient to construct The coating ratio can be adjusted to design and produce different requirements for service life and output current. The type, thickness, and anode size of the MMO tubular anode coating can be customized to the user, depending on the desired current density, the medium environment used, and the design life.

Titanium Substrate:

Meet ASTM standard B338 Grade 1 or Grade2.

Tubular Anode Applications:

Ground beds: (Deep,Shallow or open hole);Sea Water; Brackish Water;Fresh Water;

Working Environment: Including soil, carbonaceous backfill, fresh water, brackish water, and seawater.
