Titanium Grade 9 Ti-3Al-2.5V Sheet/Plate is a low alloy near alpha titanium alloy sheet. The alloy has good cold formability and weldability. The room temperature strength is 20% to 50% higher than that of industrial pure titanium. Good corrosion resistance in many environmental applications. As a result, Grade 9 Ti-3Al-2.5V Titanium Sheet/Plate becomes the most suitable material for aerospace and industrial applications.

1. Anti-oxidation performance: The oxidation resistance temperature of this alloy can reach 315℃. The surface oxidation depth does not exceed 0.05mm when kept at 800℃ for 1 hour.
2. Corrosion resistance: general corrosion resistance is similar to industrial pure titanium. The corrosion potential of Grade 9 3Al-2.5V Titanium alloy in seawater at 50°C is 9.2V (SCE) slightly lower, but at least 1V higher than stainless steel (SCE).
Titanium Grade 9 3Al-2.5V Sheet/Plate, strip and foil are often used in aircraft honeycomb structures, and can also be used as other parts requiring strength, cold forming and welding structures.
