Descr1ption:
Sintering furnace can boost the raw ceramic grain growth in high density and shrink the size of the ceramic through material transfer. Therefore, the microscopic structure dense polycrystalline sintered body come into being. Sintering metal ceramic material (Co, Ni) with base ceramic material (TiC,TaC,NbC) under high temperature above the melting point of metal ceramic material is called carbide sintering principle.
Sintering process is a traditional way to turn powdery material into dense body. In early times people manufacture ceramics, powder metallurgy, refractory material and hyperthermal material by sintering. Generally, after the powder being molded and sintered, it will turn into a kind of polycrystalline material--dense body. The micro structure of dense body is composed of crystal body, glass body and air pores. The micro structure is directly measured from sintering.

Application:
1. Sintering furnace is mainly used for sintering ceramic powder, ceramic plug core, diamond saw blade and other zirconia ceramic;
2. Also it can be used for annealing heat treatment of copper, steel strip, etc;
