Zirconium tube is a kind of alloy tube material made of zirconium and other metals. Process feature
(1) Zirconium and gas affinity is very strong, it and oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen respectively in about 200, 300 and 400 degrees Celsius began to react, reaction is rapid at higher temperatures, so casting, heat treatment should be carried out in the vacuum furnace. Proper protective measures should be taken when hot-working in the atmosphere, and the operation time at high temperature should be shortened.
(2) Zirconium and mold friction coefficient is high, easy to adhere to the surface of the mold; The thermal effect of plastic deformation is significant, and good lubrication conditions are required during processing.
(3) Processing specifications have a sensitive effect on the performance of products. Especially attention should be paid to control the cold processing and heat treatment process before the finished product to meet the requirements of use.
(4) The dimensional accuracy and surface quality of pipe and bar are very high. Therefore, the craft equipment should have good precision, and the design and production of the tooling should be advanced and reasonable.
